"KST Fast Gate Controller" Description of Control Panel of KST Electronic Control Box

5位LED數碼管顯示區：可分別顯示編碼器當前脈沖數，頻率、轉速、電壓、電流、故障代碼、功能碼等。


The display area of 5-bit LED digital tube can display the current pulse number, frequency, speed, voltage, current, fault code and function code of the encoder respectively.


狀態指示燈：用于指示變頻器當前狀態。方向、啟停、學習、手動、自動


State indicator: Used to indicate the current state of the converter. Direction, Start and Stop, Learning, Manual, Automation

菜單選擇切換鍵：編程狀態與監視狀態的切換鍵，進行參數顯示與編程菜單的切換,在編程菜單狀態下操作該鍵則返回到前一級菜單。


Menu selection switch key: switch key between programming state and monitoring state, switch between parameter display and programming menu, operate the key in programming menu state and return to the previous menu.


功能選擇/存儲鍵:在編程狀態下進入下一級菜單。在三級菜單狀態下完成參數的存儲操作。


Function Selection/Storage Key: Enter the next level menu in the programming state. In the three-level menu state, the storage operation of parameters is completed.


加1/上行鍵:設定參數值的遞增；Cr028設為1時，此鍵可控制門機上行


Add 1/Up Key: Set the increment of parameter value; When Cr028 is set to 1, this key can control the door crane upstream.


脈沖顯示模式/學習鍵：在頻率顯示狀態下，按此鍵可進入脈沖顯示模式，可監控當前位置變化，長按此鍵，5位數值閃爍，進入門機總高學習狀態；


Pulse Display Mode/Learning Key: In the state of frequency display, press this key to enter the Pulse Display Mode, which can monitor the current position change, press this key for a long time, and flicker with 5-digit value to enter the total high learning state of the portal crane.


移位鍵：可以改變設置數據的修改位，移到當前位時，此位數碼管閃爍，此時按上下鍵可以對當前位數據修改


Shift key: You can change the modification bit of the set data. When you move to the current bit, the digital tube flickers. At this time, you can modify the current bit data by pressing the upper and lower keys.


減1/下行鍵：設定參數值遞減。Cr028設為1時，此鍵可控制門機下行,此時相當于REV下行端子功能


Decrease 1/Downlink key: Set parameter values to decreases. When Cr028 is set to 1, this key can control the downlink of door crane, which is equivalent to REV downlink terminal function.


停止命令/故障復位鍵：變頻器運行時用于停機操作；相當于急停X3端子功能，運行時按下此鍵，電機馬上停機、停機指示燈閃爍，表示在急停狀態，再按一下此鍵，停機指示燈滅，表示退出急停狀態


Stop command/fault reset key: the frequency converter is used for shutdown operation when it is running; it is equivalent to the function of emergency stop X3 terminal. When it is running, press this key, the motor stops immediately and the stop indicator flashes, indicating that it is in the state of emergency stop. Press this key again, the stop indicator lights go out, indicating that it is out of the state of emergency stop.


復位/清零鍵：變頻器故障復位，在學習門高狀態時，長按此鍵，可清零當前編碼器脈沖數，用于學習門機下限位零點位置，相當于X0端子清零功能；


Reset/reset key: Frequency converter fault reset, long press this key in the high state of learning gate, can reset the current number of encoder pulses, used to learn the lower limit zero position of the door machine, equivalent to the X0 terminal reset function;


手動/自動模式切換：Cr029設為1時，此按鍵功能相當于X4手自動轉換開關功能


Manual/automatic mode switching: When Cr029 is set to 1, this button function is equivalent to X4 manual automatic switching switch function.
